Devon and Somerset Fire & Rescue Service

The Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service is a major public employer in the South West and I have been working closely with them since 2020 to craft a new direct education initiative on anti-racism and anti-sexism.

So far, I have delivered 4 seminars and am currently in talks to develop a large-scale program to reach all operational staff on 85 stations in Devon and Somerset.
